Trust

My business partners often describe me as structured.
And it’s true - structure gives me clarity, stability, and direction.
But with every passing year, something equally powerful has grown alongside it: a deep sense of trust.
A trust that I am in the right place at the right time. A trust that the right clients will find me exactly when our paths are meant to cross.
This confidence didn’t appear overnight. It is the result of deliberate choices:
A strong vision
I regularly reconnect with the future I am committed to creating
Values that guide strategic action
My values inform how I make decisions, build relationships, and navigate complexity. They serve as a compass in environments where clarity isn’t always guaranteed
Embracing uncertainty
As an OE professional, embracing uncertainty has become one of my greatest strengths. Releasing the need for perfection opened space for innovation, intuition, and strategic alignment. It allowed me to step into opportunities that once felt out of reach.
Last week I started a new organisation development project, where I am introducing new marketing project processes and embedding an effective, future-oriented leadership mindset. It reminded me once again: when trust meets strategy, transformative work becomes possible.
How often do you reconnect with your own vision?
