Change is a constant - in people, in teams, and in organizations. What drives Lea Schleif's work is a deep fascination with the human being in transition: with individual needs, emotions, decisions, and values as they evolve, and with the collective dynamics that emerge when teams and organizations transform together.
A curiosity about different cultures laid the groundwork early on. Yoga training in India became a formative experience and reinforced a core conviction: mindfulness is the foundation of any sustainable behavioral change. Lea Schleif went on to study psychology in Hamburg, with a particular focus on behavioral therapy and systems theory - complemented later by a degree in general management to bridge the human and organizational dimensions.
Over 8 years in management consulting brought this perspective into practice, supporting teams and organizations through structural and process transformations. Living and working across Amsterdam, Hamburg, and with clients around the world offered a rare breadth of cultural and organizational insight. A period of intentional reflection led to the completion of advanced hypnosis training grounded in the work of Milton H. Erickson.
Today, Lea Schleif works in two complementary roles: as a freelance Organizational Developer embedded in companies navigating change, and as a neuropsychological coach for individuals and executives.
