"We are all interconnected and constantly changing. When we change ourselves, we change the world around us." (Ram Dass)
Life consists of countless changes, small and large, internal and external – and what fascinates me most is the human being in the process of change. People as individuals with their needs, feelings, decisions, and values within the context of change, but also teams and organizations that undergo change together.
Even before studying psychology, I wanted to get to know different cultures, and my yoga training in India had a particularly strong influence on this. I believe mindfulness is the foundation for sustainable behavioral change. I then studied psychology in Hamburg, where I was particularly fascinated by behavioral therapy and systems theory. I then broadened my business horizons by studying general management. This led me into management consulting, where I was able to support teams and organizations in process and structural changes. I lived in Amsterdam and Hamburg and had the opportunity to work with countless cultures around the world. After a brief stint as a management assistant at a startup, I deliberately took some time off and completed hypnosis training (based on Milton H. Erickson).
Today I work as a freelance transformation manager in companies and as a neuropsychological coach for individuals and executives.
To acknowledge changes and surrender to the change process,
is a courageous act, I would be happy to accompany you.
