I actually wanted to become a therapist.

Today, I combine my psychology studies with my general management background and bring precisely this mix to the business world as a freelance organizational developer.

What is organizational development?

To many, organizational development sounds like a bit of team spirit, and that's it.

However, organizational development means building companies in such a way that people can work well and goals can be achieved more effectively.

And that is exactly why Organizational Development is always applicable, whether it's about introducing AI or the realignment of entire departments.

Whenever something changes, the organization needs guidance!

It's about making the mechanics of a company visible:

How decisions are made.

How teams interact.

How structures enable or hinder growth.

Organizational development ensures that projects run smoothly, not shakily. That leadership provides guidance, not confusion.

And that teams function in everyday life, not sink into chaos.
